FIL Suites is located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca, in a centuries-old building that was once home to the Mallorcan textile factory, Ca'n Ribas. After a careful renovation project, its essence remains, as its been fitted with cutting-edge design and a few luxurious touches. The suites come standard equipped with a kitchen, balcony, and shower or bathtub. There are 5 types of floor plans available for each client, and all of them are suited with highly-functional, contemporary furniture. Inside the building, the guests may help themselves to a library specialized in design and architecture, as well as to other communal spaces. FIL Suites is within reach of Plaza Mayor, the Teatro Principal, and Carrer de Sant Miguel. Just steps away are a plethora of restaurants, bars, and shops. The airport of Mallorca is only 7 kilometers away. There is also onsite parking (fees apply). The FIL Suites reception desk is designed to offer a friendly and personalized service, so that each guest can have the opportunity of discovering the island and the local Palma culture. reception desk is open from 10:00 ó clock in the morning until 17:00 ó clock in the afternoon. In case of later or earlier arrival please contact hotel for check in instructions.
Services for children
Eco-Room or Economy room: These rooms are for you who prefer the cheapest solution, at the same time they are for you who are flexible in relation to the fact that these rooms may differ from the pictures shown on the website. In some cases, they may differ in terms of location, decor, size and facilities compared to what is described in the hotel text. Including whether there is a balcony. A balcony is generally only guaranteed if it is stated in the name of the room itself, eg "Double Room with Balcony".
Off-season: Travel For example, outside the normal summer season, which typically runs from April to October, there may be facilities that are not open. It is up to each individual hotel whether these are open or not.

Check-in / check-out: Upon arrival, you can expect check-in at 14. Check-out is usually at 12, some hotels have an earlier check-out (ask at reception).
In some hotels, it is possible to rent your room for longer against direct payment.

Ydersæson: Rejser I eks. udenfor den normale sommersæson, der typisk går fra April til Oktober, kan der være faciliteter der ikke er åbne. Det er op til hvert enkelt hotel om disse er åbne eller ej.
Gebyrer: Med mindre vi specifikt har skrevet ”gratis” i hotelteksten om eks. Wi-Fi, Aircondition, Safebox osv. vil der normalt være gebyrer der betales direkte til hotellet.
Check-in / check-out: Ved ankomst kan I tidligst forvente check-in kl. 14. Check-out er oftest kl. 12, nogle hoteller har en tidligere check-out (spørg i receptionen).
På nogle hoteller er der mulighed for at leje sit værelse længere mod direkte betaling.
