The hotel offers 43 spacious one and two-bedroom serviced apartments. They are ideal for groups or families of up to four persons, visiting the city for either business or pleasure. Facilities on offer include an entrance hall with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, lift access, wireless Internet access, a laundry service and parking for those arriving by car.||The open plan apartments offer a lounge with twin sofas and a dining area. The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The two-bedroom apartments are available in a choice of configurations: double/twin, twin/twin or double/single. The one-bedroom apartment has a double bed. A bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a satellite/cable TV, a radio, a hifi system, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board and a safe come as standard. The rooms are well heated.||The apartments are self-catering, breakfast packs are available to book in advance at an additional fee. Breakfast is not guaranteed for bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival. ||From Edinburgh Airport: take the A8 through Corstorphine to Haymarket Terrace. Stay in the outside lane and continue on Torphicen Street, following signs for the EICC. Carry on straight through the traffic lights at the top of Dewar Place onto Gardener's Crescent. At the roundabout turn right and then take the 1st right onto Grove Street. Fountain Court is located a short distance ahead on the right.||The apartments shall be serviced every 4 days and additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge.
