Common description
A hotel conveniently located on the peaceful outskirts of the small city of Eisenach (Germany) but close enough for visitors to walk into the old quarter and see historic buildings such as Bach House and the nearby Lutherthaus. A mere 10 minutes' drive from the establishment, guests will find Wartburg Castle (8 km.), the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Guests who like a healthy outdoor life can follow the Rennsteig Trail or hike through the Hainich National Park, before ordering a tasty snack and a drink at the restaurant and bar (open all day). No less than 70 of the 88 rooms were completely renovated between 2011 and 2014 and now have the ultimate in luxurious and comfortable (sleep-easy concept) beds, as well as many modern conveniences. The premises are wheelchair accessible and there is limited accommodation with reduced-mobility facilities. Some rooms have twin beds.
