Brand new comfortable studios and apartments with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony in a newly built building on cozy Corvin Street. The stylish area offers a wide range of visitor opportunities such as shops, restaurants, cafes, clubs and bars in this tastefully restored part of the city. The big boulevard is about 3 minutes walk where you can easily reach all parts of the city center. The blue metro line is also on the corner. Nearest metro station: Corvin Negyed. The reception is located in the BC stairs 207 (2nd floor 07 door). Entrance next to LIDL supermarket. Our reception is open until midnight, please let us know if you arrive later. A 4% city tax and a €15 cleaning fee are payable upon arrival (price varies by room type). We offer a baby kit for the youngest guests for 8 € / night (limited, please let us know in advance if you need one). All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, their use costs 8 € / day. Safe use in apartments costs 1 € / day. | For the entire stay we ask for a deposit of 70 euros. If you use the garage for a parking card 30 euros and if you request air conditioning for a remote control we ask 20 euros. You will receive these fees upon check-out if you have no damages in the apartment and no lost tools (key, garage card). | If you are arriving after 23:00 (23:00) please let us know and our receptionist will be waiting for you.
