Saint François Longchamp is a traditional alpine village in magnificent surroundings.It lies between the Lauziere mountain range and the Cheval Noir massif. The large skiing area of Saint François Longchamp-Valmorel, the fifth-largest in the Savoy region, situated just below the Madeleine pass, links the Maurienne and the Tarentaise regions. Les Residences du Hameau de Saint Francois of Odalys Vacances are situated at the entrance to Saint Francois about 1 km from the centre. There is access to the skiing area by chairlift with 6 spaces just outside the residential complex. The apartments, from the 2-room apartment for 4 persons to the 3-room apartment for 8 persons, are all fully equipped. In all of them you will find: kitchenette (electric or glass top stove, oven or microwave, fridge, dishwasher), bathroom with toilet, television (additional fee) and balcony. There is free outdoor parking lot and (for an extra charge) covered parking lot (limited number of spaces). Skiing challenges are guaranteed by 83 ski slopes, 54 lifts and special snowboarding area of the St Francois Valmorel skiing area as well as 40 km of cross-country ski tracks at Montaimont (13 km away).
