Common description

Located between Protaras and Pernera, this hotel lies within 2 km of shopping venues and the local nightclubs. Restaurants and bars are to be found a short distance away (1 km) and links to the public transport network are to be found about 600 m from the hotel. Sandy Marlita Bay is a few paces from the hotel and the nearest town centre is approximately 10 km away.||Built in 1996, this family-run 4-storey hotel comprises 50 accommodation units. Fully air-conditioned, facilities within the hotel include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and a lift in addition to a small supermarket, shops, a bar, a pub, a TV room, a games room and a restaurant with highchairs for infants. There are garage facilities available to those arriving at the hotel by car and room, laundry and medical service round off the offerings. There is a bicycle hire service and a playground for younger guests.||The pleasant studios and apartments come with a combined lounge/ bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub or a shower, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a kitchenette, a minibar/ fridge, centrally controlled air conditioning and a hire safe. The apartments additionally come with a separate bedroom. Final cleaning is included in the price.||In the outdoor complex is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool as well as snack bar and sun loungers and parasols that have been laid out ready for use.
