Common description
The hotel is located in Grouville on the southeast coast of Jersey. At the eastern end of the bay is the picturesque harbor of Gorey, nestled beneath the historic Mont Orgueil Castle. The golf club's first tee and clubhouse are approximately three hundred yards away. Members of affiliated clubs can hire clubs in their Pro Shop and for a 'green fee' guests can enjoy playing this famous eighteen hole course. There is a good selection of shops in the vicinity as well as coastal paths and countryside paths to explore on foot, cycle or by car. The hotel's original granite town buildings date back to 1636 and the public rooms have retained their traditional style, while the rest of the accommodation is spacious and modern.
