It is located 1 km from the nearest nightspots, 3 km south of the historic centre of Pula and 3.5 km from the railway station. The seaside promenade, ideal for a pleasant and relaxing walk, takes the guests to the Punta Verudela tourist resort, only 1 km away. This is a tourist complex consisting of 117 residential units. The accommodation units are situated in groups of 6 to 20 apartments on the ground and first floors, located all along the peninsula in step formation, facing toward the clear blue sea and surrounded by abundant vegetation.
