The original building that houses this hotel dates back to the 1880s and has acted as a private hunting lodge for Laird Macintosh of Macintosh. For many years it has been a famous landmark nestled in an area of natural beauty high in the Scottish Highlands. The charming small country house hotel sits within 5 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland and offers a relaxing, comfortable space in which to unwind at the end of your day. No two rooms are the same, but all are decorated to an extremely high standard. The bedrooms will make guests feel relaxed, at home, yet utterly indulged. The highlight of the venue is its award-winning AA Rosette restaurant, Nevis View, where one can enjoy a hearty meal in the evenings and a glass of outstanding scotch whiskey to warm himself after that.
